Little Red Wagon Challenge #391 Masculine Birthday

Hi Everyone!
We have a new challenge and a new hostess this week.  Donna wants us to be creative with a masculine birthday card.  This challenge came at the perfect time because I have several guys in my family that will need a birthday card in the upcoming month.
I am so excited for this challenge!  Why, you ask? Because I found these adorable stamps at the recent Rubber Stamp Convention in Mesa, Arizona.  I couldn't wait to make some birthday cards and Father's Day cards.  I created the background with a cube stamp that had the net, minnow, can of worms and used the bucket of minnows for the accent piece.  You can purchase accessories for this cute little bear, too.  I bought several different hats & shoes to mix them up, there are so many possibilities!  Head over to the Little Red Wagon blog and check out the manly cards from the design team.  You can join in with the fun too, you have until next Tuesday to play.
Supplies I used to create this card ~
& Fishing Cube
Avery Elle Double Pierced Rectangle
Copic markers
Glitter pen

Have a wonderful day!

Hi there!
There's a new challenge this week at Little Red Wagon. Brenda is our hostess and her challenge this week is April Showers.  You can include anything related to April showers like an umbrella, rain boots, rain or rainbows.  She's given us a lot of options.  Now I have that song in my head, "Raindrops are falling on my head, and just like the guy whose feet are too big for his bed, nothing seems to fit!"  ok, ok - enough! Here's my card for this fun little challenge!
Check out the girlfriend's blogs and see what they've come up with.  (Hopefully, not a song in their head!) You can join in the fun, you have until next Tuesday before this challenge closes.

Supplies I used for this card
Whipper Snapper Puddle Duck
Memory Box Cross Stitched Frame Border die
Prismacolor Pencil

Winner, Winner - Chicken Dinner!

I have a  little bit of housekeeping to do on my blog, so I thought I'd try to get caught up a little.  First of all we have a winner! Woo Hoo!  I entered a From the Heart sketch challenge back in late February and guess what? I was selected as a Top 3 pick chosen by the Design Team! That really made my day! Here is my card that did it for me!

and secondly I entered the Bugaboo March Color Challenge and low and behold I was selected as a top winner - I won 10 digi stamps! Woot Woot!
Here is the crazy card that the Bugaboo team selected.
Really, it doesn't take much to excite me but it really made my day!
Hope you all have a wonderful week!
